By exercising, exercising and winning together, we invest in a culture that goes beyond work. ODB Sportsclub is our way of getting a new generation moving, developing a winning mentality and building a community that grows stronger every day.

odb Radio

ODB Radio is the sound of our community. With live events, weekly Spotify playlists, and inspiring podcasts, we bring people from the creative industries together. Not as a channel, but as a platform where creativity and culture meet.

Elke laatste vrijdag van de maand staat ODB HQ aan het Leidseplein in het teken van ODB Radio. Een avond met gastsprekers die tot de verbeelding spreken voor de nieuwe generatie. Denk aan Armin Shah van Kick 't Met, Richard Lopes Mendes van Banlieue of Samuel Hodenpijl van Jimmy Woo. Mensen die niet alleen weten wat er nu speelt, maar vooral aanvoelen wat er gaat spelen.

De doelgroep is onze inspiratiebron. Daarom is ODB Radio geen klassiek panelgesprek, maar een interactieve sessie waarin de bezoeker zelf onderdeel is van het verhaal. Je komt binnen voor inspiratie en gaat naar buiten met scherpe inzichten over de generatie waar de industrie op draait.

Proud of where we
come from.

For us, it started with music, a passion for culture, creativity and the new generation that translated into much more than an agency. Since 2012, we've been building a legacy that grows every day.

2012

The place to discover music

March 2012. An attic, a Facebook page and an obsession with good music. What starts as a place to share songs grows into a community that discovers new music every day in no time. On a Daily Basis was born. A blog, a permanent group of writers and a mission soon followed: music freshly served on a daily basis.

2014

From online to offline

The music blog quickly garners more attention than expected. What starts online also wants to live offline — so we're going to organize events. Club nights in Amsterdam, with a permanent location in the city where the community meets every month. And time for a private place, an office.

2015

Culture is born

Nightlife brings together a creative network. And that network wants more. In mid-2015, we will close the event chapter and start dreaming about a creative agency. We're building our own case to prove ourselves — an artist, a brand. A success story, enough to build on.

Oh, and the next move was a fact. The Volkshotel in Amsterdam became our home base.

2017

The start of a creative agency

A new logo, (again) a new office and a team that is ready. 2017 is the kick-off. Later that year, the corporate identity that still defines ODB today will follow.

The ambition is increasing. With a clear mission: helping brands become relevant to the new generation. Strategically, creatively and with results. From social campaign to offline activation — ODB does what the brand needs.

2020

One step bigger

The team is growing out of its jacket. A larger office is no longer an option, it is a must. In the midst of the corona crisis, we are taking another step forward. New building, new energy and our community is growing.

We start playing in the big league. Our first contract as a creative partner with the KNVB is a fact. The ball continues to roll.

2024

At home on Leidseplein

Our home base. A new office on Leidseplein. Not just a workplace, but a place where the community comes together. A place where we feel what is going on, where creativity and culture come together and where there is room for the people who make ODB.

With its own bar, sports club and plenty of space for ODB Radio events — because the best ideas don't come from behind a desk.
